Jurisiti Legal LLP is a law firm headquartered in New Delhi, with a practice covering legal advisory, documentation, transactions and dispute resolution under Indian law. We advise and represent individuals and businesses in civil, commercial, criminal, corporate, consumer and employment matters, alongside the regulatory and sector-specific issues that arise in their personal and business affairs.

Our work brings together the preparation of legal documents, assessment of rights and obligations, negotiation, representation in proceedings and assistance with enforcement. The scope of each engagement depends on the client’s instructions, the facts and documents available, the applicable law and the forum with jurisdiction.

A Delhi head office with a practice across India

Our head office is in New Delhi. We coordinate matters across India through panel advocates and independently practising counsel, taking account of local procedure, the subject matter and the requirements of the relevant court or authority. This arrangement supports matters involving parties, properties, businesses or proceedings in more than one location.

The lawyers involved in a matter are identified according to its requirements and the agreed engagement. Our network describes professional working arrangements with counsel; it should not be understood as a separate Jurisiti office in each location.

Legal assistance through the course of a matter

We assist with the stages of a legal matter from its initial assessment through documentation, negotiation and proceedings, where required. Advisory work may involve reviewing contracts, identifying legal obligations, examining transaction documents or responding to a proposed action. Dispute work may involve notices and replies, pleadings, interim applications, evidence, hearings, settlement discussions and the enforcement of an order or award.

Our approach is to explain the available legal options and the issues that may affect them, including jurisdiction, limitation, supporting evidence, procedural requirements and the relief that may be sought. Where several proceedings arise from the same facts, we consider their relationship so that instructions, documents and positions can be coordinated.

Courts and adjudicatory bodies

We undertake matters before District and Sessions Courts, Commercial Courts, High Courts and the Supreme Court of India, as well as competent tribunals, appellate bodies, consumer commissions, statutory authorities and other adjudicatory forums. Representation depends on the nature of the matter, the relevant jurisdiction and the applicable rules of appearance and filing.

Our stated practice includes matters concerning the National Company Law Tribunal and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Debt Recovery Tribunals and Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunals, the Securities Appellate Tribunal, the Competition Commission of India, consumer commissions and real estate regulatory authorities and appellate tribunals. We also assist with proceedings before tax, labour, environmental and sectoral authorities where the engagement requires them.

Supreme Court matters are undertaken with Advocates-on-Record engaged as required by the applicable rules. References to courts, tribunals and regulators describe the forums relevant to our practice and do not imply institutional affiliation or endorsement.
